Basic Components
Frame
Sturdy steel welded frame made from formedsection with a provision of mounting roller tracksadjustable @ 25 mm. Slope of frame can be adjusted from0o to 15o with a gradient of 1/2 o. Other features are in-builtfront stopper and flat front and back surface for labeling.Standard size available is up to 2.7 mtr. X 2.7 mtr. with aload capacity of 1500 Kg. Special size and load capacity canbe provided on demand.
Upright
Cold formed lipped ‘C’ sections. They come in two types of sections, i.e. 100 x 50 x 20 mm & 100 x 70 x 20 mm with 1.6, 2, 2.5 or 3 mm thickness. A wide range permits economical selection considering required variables such as load capacity and height. Standard load capacity is up to 20 tons per upright frame and standard height is up to 10 meters. Frames with more load capacity and length can be provided using special 8 bend formed sections. Equally spaced slots are at 100 mm pitch on upright, making the system flexible in terms of beam position.
Roller Track
Made from encapsulated 12 bend sectionsteel profiles having a provision for rollers either @ 55 mmor @ 45 mm. Rollers are snap-fitted to self-locking slotsprovided in tracks.
Rollers
Based on the need and application rollers of different diameters with different material and color, eithercollared or plain are available. These rollers posses a selflubricatingproperty and rotate on hardened and groundaxles made from high quality steel.
